At Nomad Luggage, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that are built to last. That’s why we honour the manufacturer warranty on all our luggage items, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase.
To be eligible to make a claim against the manufacturer warranty the purchaser must register for the warranty scheme with us within 60 days of purchase. Claims cannot be made for any products that have not been registered within the 60 day timeframe.
How to register for the manufacturer warranty scheme:
To register for the manufacturer warranty scheme, simply email support@nomadluggage.co.uk,
- Put the email subject line as "Warranty - [ State your Order Number]"
- Attach a copy of your purchase invoice, which should be emailed to you upon purchase.
After receiving your manufacturer warranty registration email, our team will work quickly to confirm that your warranty has been activated in our system. We will reply within 5 working days to confirm your registration, we will provide the specific details of the manufacturer warranty for each registered product and a custom warranty number which you should keep saved for any future warranty claims.
How to claim against the manufacturer warranty:
Once your item is registered, should you experience any issues with your luggage simply contact our customer support team with the warranty number you received at registration to support@nomadluggage.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.
Once your warranty claim is received, our team will assess the issue on your behalf with the manufacturer and determine the best course of action. This may include repairing the item, replacing it with a new one, or providing a refund, depending on the nature of the defect. Please allow 5 working days for our team to assess this with the manufacturer. If for any reason you have not received an update within 10 working days, please contact our team.
Please note that all claims of warranty are made against the manufacturer, not Nomad Luggage. Nomad Luggage will act on your behalf to raise and process the claim.
Important Information:
Our warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer including length of warranty period and claim conditions. Any changes made to the warranty scheme for your product post-purchase will not impact your cover.
Any registered warranty is non-transferable, applies only to the original purchaser and is only available for luggage purchased from nomadluggage.co.uk. Manufacturer warranty is valid for the duration stated on the warranty registration email and so long as the product is used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer care instructions. Nomad Luggage reserves the right to refuse any manufacturer warranty claim that it perceives fraudulent or dishonest or does not meet the criteria set out in the manufacturer warranty.

When deciding on a claim please see your specific warranty confirmation email for details of the exact cover provided by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranty generally does cover:
- Cracks or breaks in the outer shell or any other element of the luggage such as handles or covers.
- Damage/Issues caused by manufacture or delivery
- Breaks/Loss of wheels or handles
- Broken/Loss of zippers
Manufacturer warranty generally does not cover:
- General wear and tear caused by usage - including rips, scratches, dents, scuffs, stains or any non-functional damage.
- Damages caused by airline handlers, airport handlers or travel operators—including rips, scratches, dents, scuffs, cracks, broken wheels or components such as handles, and similar.
- Exposure to temperatures deemed outside of the usual operating conditions, both hot or cold.
- Damage caused by exposure to water, oils, beauty products, chemicals, cleaning supplies, solvents or acids.
- Damage to any contents either inside or attached to luggage that may be damaged during usage or storage.
- Damage determined to be due to intentional abuse/damage, modification in any way (including cosmetic changes), tampering, and/or alteration beyond what Nomad Luggage considers to be normal use.
- Replacement of any non-defective parts in the luggage, including accessories or add-ons.
- Products purchased as a set, bundle or add-on where a matching product is non-defective.
- Products received as a free gift, reward or complimentary item.
- Combination lock issues caused by the incorrect setting of the lock or incorrect usage/maintenance of a lock.
- Locks or zips that have been forced open.
- Luggage that has been forced, cut or ripped open.
Once your claim has been accepted should your luggage be no longer available or has been discontinued, the manufacturer will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement of equal or greater value. In the event that a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.
