Delivery Information:

Delivery is only available to customers in Mainland UK. For all other UK or worldwide enquiries please contact us through our contact centre.

£10 delivery for orders less than £250

Free delivery when you spend £250 or more.

  • All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Please expect deliveries within 5 working-days from purchase.

 

Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, we'll process your payment and dispatch your order swiftly (typically within 48 hours). You should receive an email after placing your order confirming your products, order total and details. Should any delay occur, such as backordered items, we'll promptly notify you accordingly and advise on how to proceed further. This may be cancelling the order, cancelling certain products within the order, or awaiting the items to return to stock.

Order Delivery:

After your order is dispatched you'll receive tracking details from our courier via email within 48 hours of purchase to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven't received tracking information within 6 business days, please contact us at through our contact centre or at support@nomadluggage.co.uk.


Damages & issues:

Please make sure to check your order upon delivery and get in touch with us right away if the product is faulty, damaged, missing or incorrect. This will enable us to investigate the problem promptly and rectify it.

We urge you to carefully examine all items as soon as they are delivered, including any complimentary gifts, accessories, tags or extras. It is advisable not to accept any items that appear to be damaged or defective. If you do happen to find any damaged items, kindly forward clear photos or videos of the affected products to support@nomadluggage.co.uk so that we can initiate a claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations:
Please note that cancelling orders beyond 12 hours from placement may incur additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) are liable for any return expenses. Refunds will be processed exclusively through the original payment method used for the order.
