Returns & Refunds
If you are in any way unhappy with your item you can process your free return through your account section. If you have any questions or need assistance with this, please contact us through our contact centre or at support@nomadluggage.co.uk.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you can return your unused item, free of charge, within 60 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags/stickers still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Nomad Luggage will only accept returns processed through the method below.
How to start a return:
To start a return, please find your order in your account section, where you will see the option to start a free return. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once you have your free returns label, simply stick this to your original packaging box and follow the instructions of your chosen return method.

Damages and issues:
Please make sure to check your order upon delivery and get in touch with us right away if the product is faulty, damaged, missing or incorrect. This will enable us to investigate the problem promptly and rectify it.
We urge you to carefully examine all items as soon as they are delivered, including any complimentary gifts, accessories, tags or extras. It is advisable not to accept any items that appear to be damaged or defective. If you do happen to find any damaged items, kindly forward clear photos or videos of the affected products to support@nomadluggage.co.uk so that we can initiate a claim on your behalf.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nomadluggage.co.uk.
Cancellations:
You can cancel any order within 12 hours of placing a purchase. Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Important Information:
Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy which conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.
You have a 30 day right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 & 14 day right to return under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014
